Our journey in exterior cleaning began in 2014 in Pukekohe.
What started as a small local service quickly grew as I gained industry experience and built relationships across Auckland & Waikato.
Over the years, I, Thomas, founded and operated several specialised businesses, including The Locals Property Wash, Bio Wash Company, The Spider Guy, All In One, and 0800WashNow. Each brand focused on different aspects of exterior cleaning and property care, helping refine the systems, equipment and standards used today.
Alongside operating these businesses, I also began training others in the industry. Over the years, we have taught people how to safely and effectively soft-wash properties and developed business courses to help others start and grow their own exterior cleaning businesses. After more than a decade in the field, all of that experience has now come together under one brand: Safe Wash.
Safe Wash represents years of hands-on knowledge, proven systems and a commitment to doing the job properly. We work with homeowners, families, education centres, real estate professionals, and organisations, including Māori iwi, across Auckland.
We are Auckland-based, locally owned, and built on real industry experience.
